How to Delete Your Account on the Dellrena Mobile App

Follow these steps to permanently delete your Dellrena account. Note that this action is irreversible and will result in the loss of your order history, loyalty points, and any associated data.

1. Open the App
   Launch the Dellrena app and sign in with your account credentials to access the main menu and settings.

2. Navigate to Your Profile  
   Tap the profile icon (usually in the bottom right navigation bar). Scroll to find and select the Delete Account button.

3. Initiate Deletion  
   Tap Delete Account. You’ll be prompted with a confirmation dialog asking, “Are you sure you want to delete your account?” Select *Yes* (or the equivalent confirmation option). You may then be required to type “PERMANENTLY DELETE” in a text field to verify your intent. Carefully review any on-screen warnings about data loss before proceeding.

4. Confirm and Wait
   Tap the *Delete* button to submit your request. The app may log you out immediately, or the deletion could take up to 24 hours to process fully. Check your registered email address for a confirmation message from Dellrena. If you don’t receive it within a few days, contact their support team for assistance.
